Ark Pottery was established by Vaughan and Angela Glanville who have been creating unusual pottery since the 1970s. They have been working in Devon for nearly 30 years making original and distinctive contemporary ceramics.
We love these soaps, handmade in Devon with no palm oil, no petroleum or mineral oils, no parabens, no artificial fragrances or colours, no SLS's or SLR’s, just lovely soap that's great for your skin.
Wrapped in Organic fair trade cotton these soaps make a great gift on their own or with one of Emmas organic cotton flannels or pumice stones.
As we only stock a small selection of cards, we wanted to keep it local. Jill Perkins lives in Dawlish and together with Jan Morley they create beautiful and quirky cards. Their signature Collective Nouns range is one of our best sellers, and is available on cards, magnets, teatowels and chopping boards.
They are very committed to being eco friendly using recycled card, envelopes and fully biodegradable bags.
Rosie is a local photographer who captures the beauty of Dawlish, its wildfowl, and of course the famous black swans and their very cute cygnets!
